Real Betis are reportedly expected to push through a permanent deal for Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin at the end of the season.

Real Betis are reportedly keen to sign Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin on a permanent basis at the end of the season.

The 27-year-old has enjoyed a productive campaign on loan at the La Liga outfit, making a total of 24 starts and two substitute appearances in all competitions.

With the Spaniard having just over one year remaining on his contract, there is little chance of Arsenal standing in his way in the summer.

According to ABC, Betis have already informed the right-back that they want him to remain at Estadio Benito Villamarin.

With meetings having said to have taken place, a full-time switch to Betis is seemingly regarded as a formality.

Betis currently find themselves sitting in fifth position in Spain's top flight, four points adrift of the Champions League places.
