Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly eyeing up a move for Juventus' Spanish striker Alvaro Morata ahead of Monday's transfer deadline day.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly set their sights on a move for Juventus striker Alvaro Morata ahead of Monday's transfer deadline day.

The 29-year-old is currently on loan in Italy from La Liga champions Atletico Madrid, but has been linked with a move to Barcelona during the transfer window following the Turin side's reluctance to make the move permanent.

Now after being beaten to Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Adama Traore by Barcelona, and seeing Liverpool snap up Porto winger Luis Diaz from under their noses, the former Chelsea striker is the latest target on Tottenham's list, according to the Mirror.

The move would see Spurs boss Antonio Conte reunited with Morata in London, following their arguably unsuccessful spell together at Chelsea.

Conte reportedly sees the Spaniard as the ideal support for Harry Kane, and is keen to bolster his squad before Monday's deadline.

The report continues with a possible Tottenham deal for Morata's Juventus teammate Dejan Kulusevski as well, with the Swedish winger being lined up for a potential loan move to North London, although they do face competition from Arsenal, Everton and AC Milan too.
