Sunday's FA Cup predictions including Manchester United vs. Fulham

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's FA Cup fixtures, including Manchester United vs. Fulham.

Sheff Utd vs. Blackburn (Sunday, 12.00pm)

Two Championship sides will fight it out for a place in the FA Cup semi-finals on Sunday, when Sheffield United welcome Blackburn Rovers to Bramall Lane.

The teams met just over two weeks ago in the league, with the visitors prevailing over the second-placed Blades on home turf, while both got the better of Premier League opposition in the previous round to reach the final eight.

We say: Sheffield United 2-1 Blackburn Rovers

Although their form has been somewhat inconsistent in recent weeks, Sheffield United will be boosted by Wednesday's victory, and in what promises to be a close-fought encounter, we think they have the quality to come out on top on home turf.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Brighton vs. Grimsby Town (Sunday, 2.15pm)

The lowest-ranked team left in the FA Cup endeavour to pull off a monumental quarter-final shock on Sunday, as Grimsby Town travel to face Premier League opposition in Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex.

Roberto De Zerbi's team edged past Stoke City 1-0 to set up a tie with their League Two counterparts, who stunned Southampton 2-1 in round five to move potentially just 90 minutes away from Wembley.

We say: Brighton & Hove Albion 4-0 Grimsby Town

Goals have been in plentiful supply for Grimsby during their remarkable FA Cup run, but Brighton should be the ones in a ruthless mood at the Amex as they bring the Mariners' journey to an end.

De Zerbi could very well opt to hand starts to some of his inexperienced crop, and the Seagulls will give Grimsby the respect that they have earned, but we cannot envisage any further surprises on the South coast as Brighton book their Wembley hotels.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Man Utd vs. Fulham (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Old Trafford plays host to the only all-Premier League affair in this season's FA Cup quarter-finals on Sunday afternoon, as Manchester United tackle Fulham for the right to play at Wembley.

The Red Devils came from a goal behind to beat West Ham United in round five, while Marco Silva's men put two unanswered goals past Leeds United to reach the last eight.

We say: Manchester United 2-0 Fulham

For his wealth of goalscoring exploits in the Premier League and Championship, Fulham talisman Aleksandar Mitrovic is yet to open his account in the FA Cup, and morale will not be at its peak following two crushing London derby losses.

The return of Palhinha to the midfield should help to alleviate some of the Cottagers' recent defensive frailties, but even with Casemiro helplessly watching on, Man United should have no trouble booking their spot in the final four at the Old Trafford fortress.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.
