Three more clubs from the Premier League are reportedly preparing to join the race for Copenhagen winger Roony Bardghji.

Copenhagen winger Roony Bardghji is reportedly attracting attention for another three clubs in the Premier League.

The 18-year-old is regarded as one of the top prospects in world football having already established himself as a key player with Copenhagen.

A total of 15 goals and one assist have already been provided from 73 appearances in all competitions, while Bardghji has also been tipped to soon represent Sweden at senior level.

Bardghji also featured on four occasions in this season's Champions League, scoring against Manchester United in the group stage and being provided with the final 32 minutes of last week's fixture at Manchester City.

Clubs from England are already monitoring the situation, with Man United in particular said to be keen on acquiring the services of Bardghji if Erik ten Hag remains at the helm.

However, Bardghji has hinted in the past that he would be open to signing for Tottenham Hotspur, a club that has recently signed fellow Swedish prospect Lucas Bergvall.

According to HITC, Spurs are one of three other teams who are contemplating whether to make an approach for Bardghji.

The report suggests that negotiations are underway via a number of intermediaries to determine which club are best placed to bring in Bardghji for the next phase of his career.

Spurs head coach Ange Postecoglou has put together an exciting team during his first campaign at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, yet the North Londoners remain on the lookout for fresh young talent ahead of their return to European football in 2023-24.

Aston Villa are also allegedly ready to push hard to sign Bardghji, Unai Emery's side in similar circumstances to Spurs with regards to potentially having extra funds available through Champions League qualification.

That said, Villa announced losses of £119.6m for the 2022-23 campaign last week, making it unclear how they will approach the summer transfer window.

Newcastle United reportedly hold an interest in Bardghji, too, despite wide areas being somewhere where they have strength-in-depth and having already invested in the likes of Garang Kuol and Yankuba Minteh who are currently out on loan.

Bardghji has a contract with Copenhagen until the end of 2025, although his Danish side are expected to be open to a sale in the summer for a fee in the region of £20m.
