Tottenham Hotspur emerge as one of the favourites to sign Bayern Munich's Corentin Tolisso, according to a report.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly emerged as one of the favourites to sign Bayern Munich's Corentin Tolisso.

The 27-year-old was strongly linked with a move away from the Allianz Arena over the summer, but the transfer window closed with the midfielder still at his German club.

Tolisso has only made five appearances for Bayern this term, while he has played just 38 minutes of Bundesliga football, and it appears likely that he will be on the move next year.

The Frenchman's contract at the Allianz Arena is due to expire next June, meaning that, as it stands, he would be free to hold talks with foreign clubs at the turn of the year.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus and Inter Milan are both interested in his services, but Tottenham are currently in a strong position to bring him to the Premier League.

The report claims that Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico Madrid are also keeping a close eye on any developments surrounding the experienced midfielder.

Tolisso has made 101 appearances for Bayern since arriving from Lyon in 2017, scoring 19 times and contributing 13 assists in the process.
