Liverpool, Tottenham 'battling to sign Japanese striker'
Liverpool are reportedly set to face competition from Tottenham Hotspur, among other Premier League clubs, in their pursuit to sign Brondby centre forward Yuito Suzuki this summer.
The Japanese youth international has emerged as one of the most promising talents in the Danish top flight, attracting attention from several top European clubs, including Liverpool, Tottenham and both Manchester clubs, who are all monitoring the 22-year-old closely.
The 22-year-old attacker has scored 10 goals and provided seven assists in 25 appearances for the Copenhagen outfit, catching the attention of several prominent clubs with his performances.

Newcastle 'preparing £15m offer for Arsenal goalkeeper'
Newcastle United are preparing to make a £15m bid for Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale in the upcoming transfer window, according to a report.
The 26-year-old appeared to have secured his position as Arsenal's number one goalkeeper after a £24m transfer from Sheffield United in 2021, making 78 appearances in his first two seasons in North London.
However, the England international has slipped down the pecking order since David Raya joined the Gunners on loan from Brentford. Ramsdale has only made six Premier League appearances for Mikel Arteta's side this season.
After displacing Ramsdale from the Arsenal team in September, Raya has since gone on to win the Premier League Golden Glove award, keeping 16 clean sheets in 31 matches.
