Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang arrives in Barcelona ahead of finalising his loan move to the Catalan giants.

Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is in Barcelona ahead of finalising his short-term loan move to the Catalan giants.

The 32-year-old has agreed to move to Barca on a temporary deal after being exiled and stripped of the captaincy by Gunners boss Mikel Arteta.

Spanish journalist Gerard Romero has since revealed a video on Twitter of the Gabon international arriving at the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport.

Aubameyang is expected to undergo a medical and then sign the necessary paperwork before his loan deal can be completed.

Should Aubameyang complete his move to Barcelona before the deadline, then he would become Xavi's third signing of the January window, following the arrivals of Ferran Torres and Adama Traore.
